Here’s what’s NEW: Pettysave Account Numbers and Inter-User Transfers
In our bid to always deliver the best to you on Pettysave, we are proud to introduce to you our newest feature:
The Pettysave account number!
This will allow you to topup your wallet for savings and investments without your card. It will also enable Mobile banking Inter-user transfers for savings and investments. To activate this feature, go to the app and add your BVN (Bank Verification Number). Don’t worry, this doesn’t give us access to your bank details or account balance. It only allows us to confirm your identity.
The app upgrades are some of the many we’ll be rolling out as the year unfolds. They came about as a result of the fact that many of our existing and prospective users complain about bank-related card issues like cards not being cleared for online transactions, OTPs (one-time passwords), expired cards and so on. With our virtual account numbers (powered by Sterling Bank), savings, investments and inter-user transfers are made possible even without having a card linked to your Pettysave account. We are so excited to see this new feature come to life and we hope you are too. It will definitely keep evolving in response to our user feedback.
To fund your Pettysave wallet, simply transfer your desired amount to your Pettysave account number. Easy!
For inter-user transfers, go to your wallet, click on ‘Transfer to Pettysave user’, indicate the amount you’d like to transfer, put in the user’s email and click on ‘Transfer’.
You can only make an inter-user transfer twice a day and the maximum you can transfer is a total of N500,000 per day.
P.S: These updates will only be accessible to users who have updated their app or recently downloaded the Pettysave app from March 6th, 2020.
